Data from the contact form is used solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries).

Log files serve the secure and stable operation of the website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted at the latest 12 months after the last contact.

Where a contract comes about, the statutory retention periods of Spanish commercial and tax law apply.

Log files are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.

The website is operated by a service provider within the European Union. Form enquiries are stored in a database inside the EU.

Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the providers used. No transfer to third countries takes place.

This website uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services, no social media plugins and no external font servers that would transmit your address.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A short email to info@mosaic-mallorca.com is enough.
